All tastings are hosted in the comfort of your villa, Airbnb, hotel suite, or private island retreat. I bring everything to you — wine, glassware, setup, and clean up — so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience.

Most tastings last 60–90 minutes, depending on your package and group size. If you're planning dinner afterward or coordinating with a private chef, I’m happy to schedule the tasting so everything flows seamlessly.

Each tasting includes:

• 3–6 curated Mexican wines (depending on your package)

• All glassware and tasting materials

• Setup and cleanup

• Guided tasting experience focused on flavor, region, and the unique story behind each wine

• Optional charcuterie, dessert, and gifts available (add-on)

Most tastings highlight boutique and hard-to-find Mexican wines from Baja California, Valle de Guadalupe, Coahuila, and Querétaro.
If you prefer a mix of international wines or have specific requests, we can customize the lineup.

Packages start at $85 USD per person with a 2-guest minimum.
Optional upgrades include additional wines, premium bottles, and food pairings.

Same-day bookings may be possible depending on wine availability — just send a message!

Non-drinkers are welcome to join at no additional cost. They can still enjoy the experience, learn about the wines, and participate in food pairings if selected. Alcohol-free tasting options are available upon request.

Yes! Whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, or have specific allergies, we can adjust the optional charcuterie or food pairing options to accommodate your needs.

Most guests prefer late afternoon or pre-dinner tastings (around 4:00–6:00 PM), but we can host sessions earlier in the day or later in the evening based on your plans.

Absolutely! You can add a “keep your favorite bottle for later” experience upgrade when booking. All wines are included as part of the tasting service. This option must be selected in advance as part of your package. Unfortunately, bottles are not available purchased on-site at the time of your tasting experience.

Yes — if you’re planning an in-villa private dinner, I can coordinate with your chef to perform your wine tasting while your meal is prepared. Just let us know when booking.

Most tastings work best for 2–12 guests, but larger private events can be arranged with advance notice.

Nothing at all! We bring everything needed for the experience — wine, glassware, tasting cards, setup, and cleanup. No dishes!

Cancellations within 48+ hours will receive a partial refund.

Tips are never expected, but are always appreciated for exceptional service. Many guests choose to tip similarly to private chefs or in-villa service providers; 15–20% of the experience total, or about $10–$20 USD per person for exceptional service.
